Fund for Public Schools Materials Disbursement Form and Instructions
For SY2018-19, all CSTEP teachers are eligible to receive up to $150.00 in reimbursement for materials and supplies to support their Citizen Science project . Please use the attached spreadsheet (following the detailed instructions on the third tab) to complete your reimbursement request. Make sure to save all receipts and to provide a copy of your bank or cc statement when submitting for reimbursement!
